Un-Masked exists to help neurodivergent travellers and people with hidden disabilities travel with greater confidence. We believe the travel industry has a vital role to play in making that happen — and we want to work with businesses that share that commitment.
We work with hotels, airlines, tour operators, tourism boards and travel businesses who are genuinely committed to improving accessibility and inclusion. Our partnerships are built on shared values, not just commercial arrangements.
Whether you are at the beginning of your accessibility journey or already leading the way, Un-Masked can help you reach an engaged, loyal and underserved audience — and demonstrate your commitment to inclusive travel in a credible, trusted environment.
We do not offer endorsements or accessibility ratings in exchange for commercial relationships. Any business featured on Un-Masked is assessed on the same basis as any other — through traveller experience and independently gathered information.
Accommodation Listings
Un-Masked is building a directory of accommodation options for travellers with accessibility and sensory needs. We offer two levels of listing.
Enhanced ProfilePaid placement
A paid enhanced profile gives your property greater visibility and allows you to provide more detailed accessibility information directly on the Un-Masked platform — including photographs, specific accessibility features, staff training details and a direct booking link. Enhanced profiles are clearly identified as paid placements. They do not influence traveller reviews or our editorial assessment of your property.
Pricing for enhanced profiles is not yet published. Please get in touch to register your interest and we will contact you when listings are available.
Advertising & Sponsorship
We offer a small number of advertising and sponsorship opportunities for businesses whose values align with our mission.
Sponsored Articles
Clearly labelled sponsored content written in partnership with your business, covering topics relevant to accessible and inclusive travel. All sponsored articles are identified as such and are subject to editorial review.
Campaign Partnerships
Collaborate with Un-Masked on awareness campaigns, seasonal content or specific accessibility themes. Campaign partnerships are clearly attributed and must align with our editorial values.
Newsletter Sponsorship
Reach our engaged community of travellers directly through clearly labelled sponsorship of the Un-Masked newsletter.
Event and Content Partnerships
Support Un-Masked events, guides or resource projects as a named partner. All partnerships are transparently disclosed to our audience.
We do not accept advertising from businesses whose products or services conflict with our values, or that we believe would not serve our community well. All commercial content is clearly labelled.
Accessibility Advisory Services
Un-Masked can provide practical, experience-led accessibility feedback and consultation for travel businesses.
Drawing on the lived experience of our community and our knowledge of the accessible travel landscape, we can help your business understand what neurodivergent travellers and people with hidden disabilities actually need — and where your current provision may fall short.
Our advisory services are practical and grounded in real traveller experience. We do not hold formal accreditation as accessibility consultants, and we are transparent about that. What we offer is honest, informed feedback from people who understand accessible travel from the inside.
Guest Experience Review
A structured review of your guest journey from the perspective of travellers with accessibility and sensory needs, identifying practical improvements.
Website and Information Audit
An assessment of how clearly and accurately your accessibility information is presented to prospective guests.
Staff Awareness Workshops
Practical sessions to help your team better understand and support guests with hidden disabilities and neurodivergent needs.
Bespoke Consultation
Tailored support for specific projects, new builds, refurbishments or accessibility improvement programmes.
Advisory services are offered on a consultancy basis. Pricing is available on request. Engaging Un-Masked for advisory services does not guarantee a positive review or featured placement on the platform.

Our Independence Promise
Commercial relationships never influence what we say about a business.
- Traveller reviews on Un-Masked are submitted independently and are not influenced by whether a business has a commercial relationship with us.
- Our editorial opinions and accessibility assessments are formed independently. A paid listing or sponsorship arrangement does not result in a more favourable review or assessment.
- All paid placements, sponsored content and commercial partnerships are clearly and prominently identified as such.
- We will not publish positive editorial content about a business in exchange for payment. Sponsored content is always labelled.
- If we become aware that a business's accessibility provision does not match what they have told us, we will update or remove their listing regardless of any commercial relationship.
Our community trusts us because we are honest. We will not trade that trust for commercial gain.
