Working Together for Better Travel

At Un-Masked, we believe that genuine accessibility happens when travellers, communities and the travel industry work together. This section is a space to highlight suppliers who are making real efforts to improve accessibility — not as a commercial directory, but as a community resource built on honest, verified experiences.

All supplier information shared here is submitted by our community or provided directly by suppliers. We do our best to verify claims, but we cannot guarantee accuracy. If you have an experience to share — positive or constructive — we want to hear from you.

About Supplier Information

All accessibility claims and information on this page have been submitted by travellers or suppliers themselves. Un-Masked does not endorse any supplier, and we cannot independently verify every claim. Information is shared in good faith to help our community make informed choices. If you spot something inaccurate, please let us know.

Supplier Accessibility Information

The following information has been shared by suppliers or submitted by community members. Each entry is clearly marked with its source. We encourage suppliers to be transparent and specific — vague claims are not helpful to travellers who need reliable information.

Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme

Source: Community submitted Unverified — submitted in good faith

A number of UK airports, train stations and travel providers have adopted the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower lanyard scheme, which allows travellers with non-visible disabilities to discreetly signal that they may need additional support. If you have seen this scheme in action — or noticed it is missing somewhere it should be — please share your experience with us.

Passenger Assist (Rail)

Source: Community submitted Unverified — submitted in good faith

National Rail's Passenger Assist service allows disabled and less mobile passengers to book assistance for train journeys in advance. Community members have shared mixed experiences — some very positive, others highlighting gaps. We welcome your honest account.
