A Little Preparation Can Make a Big Difference
Travelling with a disability, neurodivergent condition or hidden health need can involve a lot of extra planning — and a lot of extra anxiety. This section is here to help. Not with a one-size-fits-all approach, but with practical, community-tested ideas that you can adapt to your own needs.
Everything here has been gathered from real travellers. Some tips will resonate with you immediately; others may not apply. Take what helps, leave what doesn't, and if you have something to add, we'd love to hear from you.
This checklist is a starting point, not a prescription. Tick what applies to you, adapt it to your journey, and print it out if that helps.
